REMINDERS

Parents are asked to remember that morning extended care opens at 7 AM. Please do not bring your child earlier than 7AM.

Telephone and Address Change
In order to keep the records of the school as accurately as possible, we are asking the cooperation of all of you in notifying the school of any changes in your home address or telephone number and changes in your work numbers as well. It is important that we have current emergency information on file for all students.

Parking Notice
There is no parking in the handicap spots behind the parish hall at any time without a handicap sticker. This is especially important for parents who use these spots after school or while they wait for students during band practice. We have been given a warning but tickets will be issued to cars not displaying a handicap sticker.

Family Envelopes are our only means of sending important information home to you with the assurance the information will reach you. We assume that you read the information contained in the envelope. When you receive this envelope during the year, remove the contents, read it carefully, sign the envelope and return the envelope to school as quickly as possible. Two days should be more than enough time to h ave all the envelopes back to school. You may expect to see the envelope each month during the last week. Please watch for it and impress on your child the importance of bringing it home promptly.

Absences
You are asked to contact the school at 650 755- 0220 by 9 am on the first day your child will be absent. A note to the teacher is required when your child returns to school.
